My verizon.net email addresses (and two of them are used for my business) are no longer syncing up with my Outlook desktop program. WebOnce the email addresses are gone, the emails will bounce back to their senders. If you want to spend the money, call them and downgrade to the cheapest option until you can ween your parents off their optimum emails. But you should look into setting up some 3rd party email service, like Gmail, outlook, etc. for them.
