They are only adjustable before the springs are mounted to the shock body so it is not easy to change things once on the car. H&R has been quoted as telling people to set the Koni yellows at 1/4-1/2 turn clockwise from the softest setting. All I can say is that is combo of H&R Race Springs mated too the Bilstein Sports E46 fronts/E36 M3 rears is a real winner, the front to rear control is equal & handling is sublime. If it wasn't, I'd change it.
