WebBetterHelp is an excellent idea with a sloppy, uncaring, pushy execution. It's bad enough that they claim to offer text-based sessions when they are not able to provide that service. It just gets worse when they refuse to leave you alone. I've been trying to get them to stop emailing for months and they just keep coming. WebI tried/still trying, I think the groupinrars are much more helpful than the therapist. 30 minute call is never long enough. I won't continue with betterhelp. Didn't actually do anything to me. Youtube speeches or books are better.
